To escape Butters’ House in The Chaos Gambit in South Park: The Fractured But Whole collect the minion cape and flying minion recipe in the front left and right of the room. Use Snap N Pops to drop the rocket onto the bed and push the stairs in front of the bed to collect the minion aero foil:

Push the ladder in front of the chest of drawers and pick up the minion test pilot. Then craft the flying minion. Talk to Butters and then enter inspection mode and use Snap N Pops to open the cable box:

Use Snap N Pops to open the wire box.

Highlight the cable box and select the hamster icon. Go to the highlighted area and follow the button prompts.
