To use haywire to breach the Freedom Pals HQ in The Chaos Gambit in South Park: The Fractured But Whole enter inspection mode and use Snap N Pops to pop open the wire box:

Use Snap N Pops to open the wire box.

Then enter inspection mode and hover over the wire box and select the hamster icon. Go to the highlighted area and follow the button prompts.
