Jump to the higher platform and let it go all the way down. Quickly climb back up the the platform above the entrance, jump to the rope ahead and swing around to the next platform:

Keep your momentum going and swing around on the rope to the next platform to assassinate the bandit leader.

Keep running and jump up to the higher platform.
