To reach the 3rd level override switch in South Park: The Fractured But Whole enter investigation mode, hover over the green goo and select the nozzle icon:

Go to the highlighted area and follow the button promtps. In the next room enter investigation mode, hover over the green base of the tank, select the hands icon, go to the highlighted area and follow the button prompts. On the other side open your time controls and reverse time. Climb up the tank, go across the shelf, pull the lever and climb down the ladder:

To reach the 3rd level override switch pull the lever to drop the ladder down.

Enter investigation mode, hover over the open electrical box, select the hamster icon, go to the highlighted area and follow the button prompts:

Open your time controls and activate the time pause ability. Pull the battery out of the room and towards the tank. Open investigation mode, hover over the tank and select the hands icon:

To reach the 3rd level override switch hover over the tank and select the hands icon.

Go to the highlighted area and follow the button prompts. Pull the battery through the gap, open your time controls and reverse time and push the battery into the battery slot.
