To go to the 1st level and call the tram in South Park: The Fractured But Whole enter investigation mode, hover over the green goo and select the nozzle icon:

Go to the highlighted area and follow the button prompts. Enter investigation mode, hover over the electrical box and use Snap N Pops to open the electrical box. Hover over the open electrical box, select the hamster icon, go to the highlighted area and follow the button prompts:

Enter investigation mode, hover over the windmill, select the kite icon, go to the highlighted area and follow the button prompts:

Go down to the next level and talk to your buddy. Enter investigation mode, hover over the green panel in the floor and select the hands icon. Go to the highlighted area and follow the button prompts:
