To beat Bane when you are still in the hotel punch him as much as possible. If he has a red halo above him dodge out of his way. If he has a blue halo above him counter him.

After you drop into the fight from the air vent, defeat the enemy that you drop onto straight away by using the ground move to finish him off.

To start off the fight go for the guy on the left, the moment you walk past the cell door. Get him to the ground by punching him three times, then finish him off.
