To start Diesel Daisy in Diesel Daisy in Far Cry 6 interact with the wheel in the north east part of the search area on the top level.

Use the zipline to go down to the lower level and interact with the button on the lower platform.

Go back up to the top where you interacted with the wheel and follow the planks to the south side of the search area and interact with the lever.
