To free the Prisoners in Break the Chains in Far Cry 6 free the prisoner in the courtyard on the south east side of the search area.

Then go down the corridor towards the north west part of the search area, shoot the lock on the cell and free the prisoners inside.

Finally, go to the east side of the search area, shoot the locks on the two cells and free the prisoners inside.
