To open the first door in Mask Maker’s Path in Toshi’s Fear in Kena: Bridge of Spirits go into the house opposite the locked door and use the Rot to pick up the bowl with the candles.

Get the Rot to put the bowl with candles in front of the shrine on the left of the locked door. This opens the door.
