To find a way into the Village Heart in Adira’s Regret in Kena: Bridge of Spirits throw a bomb on the blue glowing rocks in the river on the left.

Do the same for the blue glowing rocks to the right in the river.

Shoot the crystal on the side of the larger rock floating to the right and then use the pulse ability on the circular stone on the ground to find a way into the Village Heart Caves.
