To clear the corruption in the ancient well in Adira’s Love in Kena: Bridge of Spirits throw a bomb at the pillar near the big round stone and shoot an arrow at the crystal inside the pillar. Do the same for the other pillar near the big rock.

Use a bomb on the glowing rubble near the tower and use the platforms and flower to climb up to the upper platform. Throw a bomb at the pillar above you and shoot the crystal inside.

Go back down and use the pulse ability to open the ancient well. Go into the ancient well, win the fight and clear the corruption. Follow the cave down and shoot the glowing orb on the other side.

Throw a bomb at the rubble below the bridge and use the Rot on the flower to create a big Rot and move it across the bridge and over to the other side to clear the corruption. Create another big Rot and clear the corruption near the flower on the left.

Make your way through the cave and go through the door that just opened. Make your way to the other end of the cave and win the fight. Throw a bomb at the blue rocks in the water below and jump to the end of the platforms and clear the corruption.

Shoot an arrow at the glowing crystal on the rock and clear the corruption behind it. Clear the remaining 3 corrupted flowers to clear the corruption at the Ancient Well.
