To clear the corruption at Rufus’ Barn in Adira’s Love in Kena: Bridge of Spirits shoot the blue sphere on the other side of the lake and jump up to the spinning platform and drop down once you reach the walkway.

Follow the walkway until you get to a construction area near the back of Rufus’ Barn. Use the Rot to move the pillar in the lower area as close as possible to the wooden deck.

Move the pillar on the deck halfway between the lower pillar and the top of the wall with the white paint using the Rot.

Climb up to the lower pillar and use a running start together with double jump to reach the pillar on the deck. Again, get a running start and use double jump to reach the platform ahead.

Drop down, win the fight against the Vine Knight and destroy the corrupted flower to clear the corruption at Rufus’ Barn.
