To check out The Power Station in Radio Silence in The Complex in Deathloop, pick up a battery at the top of the stairs in the first generator room.

Take the battery into a room with a charging station between the two generators and insert the battery into the charging station.

Take the charged battery and insert it into the battery socket on the two generators in the first generator room and press the button below the battery socket.

Go back up the stairs and pull the first lever on the left at the power station controls near the entrance.
