To open valves in The Homestead (Part 3) for Mo Honeywell in The Splinterlands in Borderlands 3, go up the ladder at the back of the barn and operate the first valve. Follow the walkway around the second story and operate the second valve. Go onto the pipes and climb up the ladder. Go around the outside and then go back to the middle of the barn and melee the third valve. Go back to the middle and go out the front of the barn. Jump to the platform to the right and climb up. Shoot the target and use the ladders to climb to the roof.
