To harvest Intoxicated Ratch Livers in Holy Spirits for Brother Mandel in Athenas in Borderlands 3, go to the north west corner of the caves and melee the ratch liver. Then go to the west part of the cave and do the same. Go into the middle of the caves and melee the ratch liver. The fourth ratch liver is in the south east part of the caves and the final ratch liver is in the middle of the cave. Here is a map with all the locations.
