Retrieve the Medicine from the Supply Wagon Honor, Amongst Thieves Captain Monroe Red Dead Redemption 2

To retrieve the medicine from the supply wagon in Honor, Amongst Thieves for Captain Monroe in Red Dead Redemption 2 ride your horse up to the side of the supply wagon being careful to stay behind the soldiers. Jump over to the wagon and search the medicine crate.

Jump over to the supply wagon to retrieve the medicine from the supply wagon in Honor, Amongst Thieves for Captain Monroe in Red Dead Redemption 2

Once you have the medicine jump off the back of the supply wagon.
