To push the cart all the way up to the door in Wakanda in Level 4 of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 use Black Panther to trace the trail to the pile of blocks. Build a handle onto the cart and push it forwards. Go over to the console to the right and build a handle. Jump up to it. Make your way to the other side and use Ms. Marvel to open the gate. Go to the top of the room with the crane on it with Black Panther and build the console:

Switch to Spider-Man and use the console to move the crane over the cart that is in the way and lower the crane to pick it up and move it elsewhere. Keep pushing the cart. Switch to Ms. Marvel and destroy the glowing panel. Go into the room and use the console. Turn the maze to the right once and go all the way to the bottom. Turn the maze twice and go all the way to the bottom again. Go all the way to the right and hit the switch. Use Black Panther to climb up the elevator shaft and go towards the camera and drop down:

To push the cart to the door in Wakanda in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 climb the elevator shaft with Black Panther.

Destroy the leafs:

Destroy the leafs with Black Panther.

Switch to Ms. Marvel and shrink. Go into the shaft and all the way to the button. Grow back to normal size and operate the lever. Build the tracks and push the cart all the way to the door. Build the explosives and jump up the the handle to activate them.
