The best attachments for the AMR9 are those that make it perform better at medium range. Use the Foregrip to reduce the recoil of the AMR9 and the Advanced Rifling to increase the range of the AMR9.

You have to be more aggressive with the AMR9 since you need to close in on enemies. Use Lightweight to increase your movement speed and Fast Hands to reload whilst running and make a number of actions faster, such as enabling your Exo ability. Toughness reduces the flinching when you are shot at making it easier to win a contested gunfight. Blast Suppressor stops you from showing up on the mini map whenever you jump.
