To pick up the eye chunks walk up to the angled pillar near where the eye chunk is:

Jump, run forwards and boost at this pillar to climb up to the platform to pick up the eye chunk in Picking Up the Pieces in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.

Keeping jumping, boosting and walking forwards until you have climbed that pillar. The eye chunk is located on the platform.
