To find the second grinder go to the back edge of the search area. Jump onto the containers:

Jump onto these containers to jump up to the platform to find the second grinder in Grinders in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel!

From there jump up to the platform above. The grinder is located at about the middle of the platform.
