To capture frozen threshers walk over to the cryo vine:

Use this cryo vine to freeze thresers and then collect the frozen thresers in Home Delivery in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel!

The threshers will make their way to you. When they are close shoot the cryo vine and then walk up the the threser and collect it.
