Go to the objective marker and look for a beam that you can attach a rope arrow to:

Use the rope to climb up and go into Miss Scarlett’s Townhouse. Take out the man walking about or be sure to avoid him.

Opening the Safe

Take the booklet next to the bed:

Then go into the cabinet in the lower room and look for the code scratched into the wood to your right in the cabinet:
