The fire crew approach earns Franklin 60 000 dollars more than the roof entry approach if you select the worst crew.

If you go with the roof entry approach the hacker directs you a little better with the hacking process, but she doesn’t really make it much easier to solve. Also she will be able to turn off sprinklers to increase visibility, but I didn’t find that much help.

The better gunman makes the exit a little easier, but the cheapest gunman won’t make the mission noticably harder.

If you choose the expensive driver you won’t have to loose the cops and you won’t have to wait for the getaway vehicle. I found that the cheaper driver will do his job fine if you don’t mind spending some extra time.

If you choose the fire crew approach you have to use both the available gunmen.
