To call Jay Norris when you are watching the phone reveal wait for him to pull out the phone. Then select your phone on the D-pad and go to contacts:

Wait for Jay Norris to pull out the phone then call him.

Wait for Jay Norris to pull out the phone then call him.

Select Jay Norris to call him.
