That is the log, one audio log, and the artifact, one Earth Gov Artifact. You also have to complete Chapter 2 – On Your Own on the impossible difficulty.

Audio Log Location

The audio log is in the room you start in on a desk in the wall:

The Earth Gov Artifact is at the end of a long corridor that you get to just before reaching the bridge:
