Borderlands 2 Guide: Following the Clues and Getting to the Top Level in The Lost Treasure Mission

The first part of this mission is to find the different map parts. Just stay in the indicated area and kill bandits and eventually map fragments will drop. Once you have collected four fragments this part of the mission starts. I wasn’t sure what I had to do since it said to follow clues, but what is actually meant is to find the levers in the areas indicated by the clues and pull them. This guide shows the location of the 4 levers:

The Clue under the Acid-Soaked Railway

After you have loaded into the Caustic Caverns and walked out of the first area you will see this:

This is the acid-soaked railway. The clue is on the pillar in the crosshairs.

You have to do a bit of platforming to get to the pillars in the crosshairs. Try not to fall into the acid, it does significant damage. The lever is on the side of the pillar towards the start of the caustic caverns:

Pull this lever to have found the clue under the acid-soaked railway.

Keep following the Caustic Caverns until you get to the first big building you can enter.

The Clue in the Warehouse on the Shore

When you enter this building you will notice that it has a few rows of columns:

The warehouse is held up by rows of columns. The clue is on the rightmost line of columns.

Go to the far right. The lever is on the middle pillar:

Pull the lever to have found the clue in the warehouse on the shore.

If you turn around you might see a loot chest:

There is a loot chest on the tip of the rock.

Keep following the caustic caverns until you see a large digger.

The Clue in the Digger’s Shadow

This clue is behind a house near the big digger:

The clue is behind the house in the crosshairs.

Walk around the house to find the clue:

Pull the lever to have found the clue in the digger’s shadow.

Go back towards the big half round gate:

Half round gate which is the entrance to the dahl’s bloody sixth.

Enter dahl’s bloody sixth and keep following the mine shaft.

The Clue Withing Dahl’s Bloody Sixth

Eventually you will run into a big room which has an eridium crusher in it. There is a loot chest on the other side of the room. To find the clue jump to the lower level and enter a triangular corridor:

Enter the triangular shaped corridor.

Keep following the corridor until you get to a room:

This room contains the last clue.

Go to the right to find the last clue:

Pull to lever to have found the clue in dahl’s bloody sixth.

Now you have to go back to where you first entered dahl’s bloody sixth to get the the top level.

Getting to the Top Level

All you have to do is go to the elevator:

Elevator to the top level.

and pull the lever to go up to the top. A lot of enemies spawn up there, but getting to the lost treasure is pretty straight forward.

Hello, Neat post. There’s an issue with your site in internet explorer, may test this? IE still is the marketplace chief and a good section of other people will pass over your magnificent writing because of this problem.
